MyAda is built on trust. These terms explain how we work together.
What MyAda is
MyAda is a personal document management assistant designed for residents of Switzerland. It allows you to store, organise and manage your important documents securely in one place.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use MyAda. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@myada.ch if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your Documents
You own all documents you upload to MyAda. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and share any documents you upload. Do not upload documents that belong to others without their permission.
Acceptable Use
MyAda is for personal document management only. You agree not to: use MyAda for any illegal purpose, upload harmful or malicious content, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse engineer or copy MyAda's technology, resell or commercially exploit MyAda without our permission.
Subscription and Payments
MyAda offers a free plan and a paid plan called MyAda Plus at CHF 6.90 per month. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account page. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Our Intellectual Property
MyAda, its name, logo, design, features and technology are the intellectual property of MyAda and are protected by Swiss and international law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works based on MyAda without our explicit written permission. The MyAda name and logo are trademarks of MyAda.
Availability
We aim to keep MyAda available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will notify users of planned downtime where possible.
Limitation of Liability
MyAda is provided as is. While we take every care to keep your documents safe, we cannot be held liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend keeping copies of important documents in multiple locations. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for MyAda in the last 12 months.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of MyAda after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
