Only you can see your documents.

MyAda uses row-level security enforced at the database level. This means your documents are technically inaccessible to other users — not just hidden by the app, but blocked at the infrastructure level. Only you can access your vault.

Built on certified infrastructure.

MyAda is built on Base44, an enterprise-grade platform that is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified — the same security standards used by leading technology companies. Our infrastructure is independently audited and penetration tested regularly.

GDPR and data protection compliant.

MyAda complies with EU GDPR standards and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). We never sell, share or use your personal data for advertising purposes.

Encrypted in transit and at rest.

All data transmitted between your device and MyAda is encrypted using HTTPS. Your stored documents are encrypted at rest. Your connection is always secure.

Where your data is stored.

MyAda's infrastructure is currently hosted in the United States on certified secure servers. We are committed to migrating to Swiss or EU-based data storage as MyAda grows. We will notify all users when this transition happens.

Automatic session protection.

MyAda automatically logs you out after 30 minutes of inactivity to protect your account if you leave your device unattended.

You are in control.

You can export all your documents at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data permanently at any time. You can request information about what data we hold about you by contacting us at hello@myada.ch.
